Delicious, fast, personable service... really, what more could one ask for? I had the Loroco and the Roboeta pupusa. Both were hot and melty. The slaw that accompanied was fresh and the sauce was flavorful and spicy. Get some, it's good.

My husband and I love their pupusas. We don't live too far so we usually grab food and head home, which is about once a week.

I had some pretty tasty pupusas from here. Best I’ve had in a while. The other foods on the menu seem a little pricey but everything else looked and smelled dang good. I can’t wait to go back. You should try it.

This place is about authentic as it gets. The pupusas are amazing! If you don't speak at least some Spanish though you'll have a hard time ordering. Great Salvadorian Food. ...

My family ordered several items, and they were all absolutely delicious! The pupusas were perfectly grilled and so cheesy. The plantains were sweet & salty with yummy caramelization. We will definitely be ordering from the Pupuseria again. Hopefully next time we can eat in and check out the atmosphere.

Best pupusas in Asheville with great vegetarian options and outdoor seating!

We drove by many times and finally went in today. So glad we did! The food was amazing and really friendly service. We had chicken and cheese, and chicharon pupusas, so yummy and cheesy, perfectly fried. The Sopa de Res was flavorful and delicious. It was right on time for a chilly day. The tamales were also a nice surprise. My youngest had the Pescado Frito, and it was well prepared and tasty. The picky boy said it was a winner! We had a ton of food for a great price. Don’t let the gas station next to the restaurant keep you away. I know we’ll be back!

My mom had a co-worker for years who brought homemade pupusas to work to share - they're pretty labor intensive, so I was super excited to hear this was in Asheville. Definitely worth the drive. No frills - okay. It's a stand on the side of a gas station. The pupusas were amazing!!! We got chicken (pollo) and beans and cheese, and also the breakfast baleada with avocado!! Yum! There's a giant jug of amazing spicy salsa to complement. 2 pupusas were definitely a serving. They have a list of the available fillings and they are made to order, so be patient. There are a couple of bottled sodas to choose from (sprite and coke our day).
